David Cox, Head of Audit and Assurance, haysmacintyreDavid joined haysmacintyre in 1998 as a trainee, worked his way through the ranks and became a Partner in 2006. He is a member of our Creative, Media and Technology sector team, but his clients come from a broad range of areas including property, technology, motor dealers and manufacturing.David is the head of the Audit and Assurance department managing a team of over 140. The award winning audit team continues to grow and develop, embracing new technologies and initiatives in an ever-changing environment. He leads a team that are dedicated to ensure audit quality and client service is of the highest standard.
David’s clients range from tech start-ups to fully listed companies. He’s helped clients grow from incorporation through funding stages to exit or listing and built up plenty of experience and knowledge along the way. He forms strong working relationships with his clients who value his advice and support.In a voluntary capacity David is an independent member of the British Olympic Association’s audit committee, giving him a valuable insight from the ‘other side of the table’.
Keith James, General Manager, Large Firms Tax and Accounting ProfessionalsKeith joined Thomson Reuters in May 2017 and leads the Large Firms business for Tax Professionals.
Keith has over 20 years of experience working in senior leadership positions at leading software and content organizations. Previously, he served as the CEO of AccessData. He also held several senior leadership positions at LexisNexis.
Keith graduated from Ohio University with a BA in History, received his Juris Doctor from University of Dayton School of Law.
