Virtual Restructuring & Insolvency Community Roadshows 2024

Event information

ICAEW’s autumn roadshows are always popular events. For 2024 these will again be hosted by webinar in one hour bite-sized sessions.

The full roadshow programme includes legal and compliance updates and a session presented by our Quality Assurance Department’s Head of Insolvency Monitoring and the team’s insolvency manager. This year’s first session will be an insolvency-specific ethics session presented by Tracy Stanhope, Policy and Regulatory Advisor at ICAEW, which will assist IPs in meeting ICAEW’s CPD requirement to have at least one hour of verifiable CPD on ethics each year.

This series of events will ensure that you are:

• aware of the current insolvency and monitoring visit hot topics and issues from recent visits.
• up to date with recent corporate and personal legal cases affecting IPs.

CPD hours

ICAEW's revised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Regulations bring in new CPD requirements. This includes a minimum number of hours and an ethics requirement. Attending this each virtual roadshow could contribute up to 4 hours of verifiable CPD (or 1 hour per roadshow) of verifiable CPD, providing you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role. 

A copy of the webinar booking confirmation email is accepted as evidence of verifiable CPD. You will need to save the email as a JPEG or PDF before uploading it to your record. Click here to use ICAEW’s self-assessment tool to help you work out how much CPD you will need to fulfil each year.
