Event information

Resilience is the ability to be able to bounce back from adversity and remain calm and focused during times of pressure, change and setbacks. Strong EQ and AQ are vital for career growth in today's workplace. Improving these skills can boost leadership, relationship-building, adaptability, and success in a dynamic economy. This interactive workshop explores how individuals can maximise their resilience to work to their full potential. It provides an opportunity to create an individual plan to help participants cope more effectively with setbacks and challenges both in and outside of the workplace.

  • Building resilience foundations: Key strategies for overcoming impostor syndrome, enhancing resilience, and boosting self-confidence.
  • Cultivating grit: Learn to rebound from setbacks with practical strategies for reinterpreting negative experiences into opportunities and developing resilience.
  • Mindset dynamics: Exploring the distinction between growth and fixed mindsets, the advantages of a growth mindset, and its role in surmounting challenges.
