Mark Jones, Partner, Isio
Mark has 25 years’ experience in the pensions and benefits industry, supporting employers and trustees on all aspects of employee benefits and reward. He is passionate about using the technical and analytical skills at Isio to help companies understand their workforce and put in place policies to support the financial wellbeing of their employees. Whilst Mark is a pensions actuary by background, his work today spans a much wider range of areas from HR due diligence in M&A situations, to modelling projects covering different areas of pay compliance such as gender pay gap and ethnicity pay reporting.

Richard Fox, Head of Public Policy, Schroders
Richard is Schroders' Head of Public Policy. He leads the group's engagement with regulators, policymakers and Governments, focusing on issues and regions that matter to our clients and shareholders. Prior to joining Schroders in 2023, he spent over 15 years at the UK Financial Conduct Authority in a range of senior roles focused on policy development and international engagement.

Alex McClelland, Director, Isio
Alex is passionate about working with those involved in running defined benefit pension schemes to ensure they get a solution that works for them. She believes size should not be a barrier to good quality, cost-effective solutions or advice. As a farmer’s daughter, Alex has plenty of experience of seeing the cost pressures that come from running a business. There are efficiencies and cost savings to be made in the running of nearly every defined benefit pension scheme.
