We kindly ask members to be considerate when registering for events by not reserving multiple events throughout the year. The number of places at BSCC events are restricted and we would like to ensure fair distribution among members throughout the year.

Should you be unable to attend, please notify us in advance to allow for the reassignment of your place to a wait listed attendee. We also kindly ask members to be considerate when registering for events by not reserving multiple events throughout the year given the number of places at BSCC events are restricted, as this may prevent others from being able to attend.

This event is arranged and run by the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. In order to confirm your place, we will share your contact details with BSCC and you may receive a confirmation directly from BSCC as we are trialling a new booking system.

CPD hours

ICAEW's revised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Regulations bring in new CPD requirements. This includes a minimum number of hours and an ethics requirement. Attending this event could contribute up to 2.25 hours of verifiable CPD, providing you can demonstrate that the content is relevant to your role.

A copy of the booking confirmation email is accepted as evidence of verifiable CPD. You will need to save the email as a JPEG or PDF before uploading it to your record. Click here to use ICAEW’s self-assessment tool to help you work out how much CPD you will need to fulfil each year.

Registration and costs

As part of ICAEW-BSCC strategic partnership, we have a limited number of funded places at BSCC events across Switzerland. Places at this event are therefore free of charge but registration is essential through the ICAEW event page rather than directly with BSCC. If you need to cancel, you must notify the ICAEW contact mentioned below, not BSCC. If cancellations are not received directly by ICAEW four days before the event, we may charge a no-show fee of 40 CHF.

Please note that ICAEW will provide the details of ICAEW attendees to BSCC. BSCC will confirm attendance to ICAEW after the event.
